SIM Policy
Only one (1) complimentary SIM (either physical or eSIM) will be provided per package, regardless of the number of travelers.
Travel Insurance
Complimentary travel insurance is included for all travelers in the package.
Insurance must be issued at least 24 hours before the trip starts.
Once the passenger has boarded the flight, insurance issuance is no longer possible.

National park fees has to be borne by the guest if not included in the package.
SIC Transfers in Island Tours are time specific. It is advisable for guests to be in the lobby at the pick up time.
If the height of the child is more than the permissible limit , the additional charges will have to be paid by the guest on ground.
The interhotel transfers in Phi Phi island will be provided directly by the hotel or will be self managed by the guests.
Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
